The ICTU Global Operations Team have extensive experience of delivering industry trials and studies. Our unique individual expertise complements the overall breadth and depth of the team experience in managing clinical research from conception to dissemination. 

We also have first-hand experience of working at study sites (including NHS sites). This allows for an elevated understanding of front-line working practices and pressures, which means risks to project delivery can be identified and circumvented more effectively.

OpenClinica Database Design and Hosting

Database design and hosting at ICTU Global is managed by a fully GCP compliant, all in one platform, cloud-hosted system designed in-house by the ICTU Clinical Data Systems Team using OpenClinica.

OpenClinica allows for a seamless and integrated user experience through the following modules - Enterprise (EDC), Participate (ePRO and eCOA), Randomize (IVRS and Supply), Insight (Reporting) hosted on the OpenClinica Cloud.


Q-pulse is our Quality Management System

The QMS provides processes and procedures for planning and execution of all activities in ICTU. All processes supporting the management of clinical trials are described in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), or more detailed Work Instructions (WIs). This is to ensure that the activities are conducted in a uniform and consistent manner and are compliant with GCP and regulatory requirements.

ICTU Global is an Academic Clinical Research Organisation based within the School of Public Health, in the Faculty of Medicine at Imperial College London. We are the commercial arm of the UKCRC registered Imperial Clinical Trials Unit and provide full-service delivery of clinical trials for industry, including trial design and operational delivery, statistical expertise, data management and quality oversight.
