Eloise Britten Quality Assurance Manager

Eloise Britten is the Quality Assurance Manager for the Imperial Clinical Trials Unit (ICTU), within the School of Public Health. She has over 25 years of experience in Quality, Clinical Trials and Management in both commercial and academic clinical trials, teaching laboratories and private companies. 

Eloise has responsibility for the quality management systems and quality assurance processes in ICTU and for developing, monitoring and enhancing the quality management policies and procedures for the Unit. She has experience implementing Quality Management Systems, working with regulatory bodies during inspection such as the MHRA/EMA and organisations like ISO to achieve and maintain licensure/accreditation and ensure compliance with current regulations.
