Jonathan Dao Quality Assurance Administrator

Jonathan Dao is the Quality Assurance Administrator for the Imperial Clinical Trials Unit (ICTU), within the School of Public Health. He has more than 15 years of experience working in Clinical Trial Management and Quality Assurance in both commercial and academic clinical trials, working with sponsors and investigator sites.

Jonathan assists the ICTU Quality Assurance Manager in managing the quality management systems and implementing quality assurance processes, as well as providing assistance to staff in the quality management systems. He also has responsibility for planning and performing audits of systems and studies for ICTU. He has experience in performing audits at the study and system levels, as well as attending to audits by external parties and inspections by regulatory agencies. He also previous experience working with Pharmacy related processes.
