Diagnostic Evidence Co-operative (DEC) London
The DEC is a partnership between Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and Imperial College. This is a peer-reviewed centre funded by the National Institute of Health Research (NIHR). Its purpose is to develop world-class methods for Point of Care diagnostic test validation and integrate these technologies efficiently into clinical practice.
The DEC’s multidisciplinary team of experts can provide all the resource needed to design and evaluate new point of care diagnostic tests and ICTU can design and run trials to assess their efficacy. Full scale evaluation of diagnostic devices in clinical trials can be conducted in partnership with ICTU Global.
